Just picked my new TS-17 aluminum bass boat and love it so far. Only been out a few times, but this boat is all I expected and more. Was planning on buying a G-3 but this just had more features for the same money. Wider, deeper, lower maintenance costs, longer warranty. This boat has no wood in its construction. I got it with a 75hp Evinrude E-tec. No motor maintenance for the first 3 years, warrantied for 7 years. It is just as quiet if not quieter than my family's 50 hp Yamaha 4 stroke. With about 500# of passengers, and a full (21gal) tank of gas we got 45 mph easily. Smooth, dry ride; it's a very stable boat.
