To be eligible, outboards must have been manufactured since April, 2005 and sold by an authorized participating Yamaha Outboard dealer in the U.S.A. to a purchasing consumer who resides in the U.S.A. only. Consumer benefit offered for the purchase of an eligible outboard is a credit based on M.S.R.P. towards the purchase of goods and/or services available at the authorized participating Yamaha Outboard dealer that sold the outboard at no extra cost to the purchasing consumer. This Promotion is limited to eligible stock in dealer inventory that is sold, delivered and warranty registered during applicable dates in accordance with Promotion and warranty registration requirements. Sales must be completed between June 1, 2010 and August 3, 2010. No model substitutions, benefit substitutions, rain checks or extensions will be allowed. Not redeemable for cash. Outboards sold or provided for commercial, camp, rental, promotional / demo, competition, tournament sponsorship or government agency use are not eligible.
