It is amazing the difference just a few inches can make. The 548 model has a 48 inch bottom width. The wider bottom gives you more stability and less pitch. It also adds an extra 6 inches of floor space compared to our 542 model. The 548 comes only in a LDV model. This model has a V-hull, a low front casting deck and a rear cross-seat. It also includes one base plate and a 1/4 inch center keel (standard).Built strong using the all welded hull method in 0.100 gauge aluminum. The same gauge used to build larger models up to 23 feet.
